Francois Ransom - President / Head Football Coach, was born in Dallas, Texas at Baylor Hospital. He was in Catholic & Private School during his formative years, went to school in Nacogdoches Texas for seven years, then came back home to Dallas in 1979. He attended RL. Paschal High School for a short stint, and then graduated from Lincoln High School in Dallas. He attended Prairie View A & M University and also took classes at Brookhaven Community College, Richland College, and finally at The University of Phoenix. During his sports career he was a six time All Star Baseball Player, played all three linebacker positions as well as big tail back in Football, threw the discus in track for four years, and finally worked in sports talk radio for 18 years. Preston Pearson, great former Dallas Cowboy was his radio partner for six years and he also was the “color” analyst for Plano High School Football for four years.
Brandon Jenkins - Defensive coordinator, Born and raised in Memphis Tn, Coach Jenkins graduated from Memphis East High school. He then entered the P.G program at Hargrave Military Academy in 2003, where he graduated with the Highest ranking in his class which was Captain. After receiving his high school diploma from Hargrave in 2003, he went on to the University of Mississippi from 2004-2008 where he played in 43 games in four seasons, earning 16 starts, 51 tackles, and had an avg. of 7.5 TFL (Tackles For Loss) during his career. Coach Jenkins was picked up as a free-agent by the Carolina Panthers back in 2008, but an injury ended his NFL career. However, he went on to have a phenomenal Arena football career AFL/IFL/CIF by playing over 12 seasons winning 3 CIF championships.

Donovan Smith - Linebacker Coach, was born in Dallas, Texas and attended school in Carrollton-Farmers Branch ISD. Over the course of six years, he gained invaluable experience at institutions of learning, notably Vivian Field Middle School and RL Turner High School, where he proudly participated on the Varsity Football team. His versatility as a player, excelling in multiple positions such as receiver, halfback, corner back, and safety, has endowed him with a profound understanding of the multifaceted nature of football. While in high school, as an active member of the football team he also contributed as an avid member of the power lifting team, earning a place in the regional competition. This additional commitment to power lifting underscored the significance of discipline and unwavering consistency in shaping a formidable athlete. He currently pursues a Bachelor's degree in Information Technology at the University of North Texas in Denton, as well as a career in personal training. With great enthusiasm and a strong desire to guide and nurture the remarkable potential of every child, he looks forward to collaborating with a group of talented young individuals. Adrien Martinez - Wide Receivers Coach, was born in Irving Texas but attended R.L Turner High School in Carrollton Texas. There he played Football all four Years and was a member of the Track Team as well. Being away from the Game for a while helped him realize that he had a “burning” passion to Coach.He began his Coaching Career in The Carrollton Youth Football League where he has Coached 9-12 Years olds for the past three years.He looks to instill character, discipline, determination, and hard work into his Players.He is excited about the opportunity to Coach talented 14-15 Year olds getting them ready for Varsity & College Football. He plans to go back to school in an effort to pursue a kinesiology degree…or a degree in Physical Therapy.
Roy Beasley - Quarterback and Receiver coach, is a dedicated Quarterbacks and Receivers coach with passion for developing young athletes both on and off the field. Born and raised in Chicago, he graduated from Percy L Julian high school where he excelled as a wide receiver for all 4 years. He went on to earn a Bachelor's degree in Media Communications from Governors State University in ILLINOIS. After college, Roy became a Silver Level Certified bowling coach leading and mentoring athletes from 2011-2015. In 2015, his family relocated to Frisco, tx where he initially coached his son's soccer team from 2016-2020. When his son transitioned to football, Roy started coaching that as well. While coaching, he noticed a gap in the fundamental skills necessary for athletes to perform at a high level. This inspired him to offer specialized training for middle school, high school and college receivers and quarterbacks. His mission is to develop great players while shaping great young men in the community.
